The good thing is, it’s not all in your head, and no, you don’t just have to ride the wave (no matter what many of the experts say). The truth is, symptoms of Perimenopause are real, but there are SO MANY ways to make the journey to the other side a little smoother, clear, and more meaningful… you just need to know them… and no, not everything requires another pill.

I’m Sara, the Perimenopause Coach for women who are looking for answers for better health and feeling their best through peri/menopause.

  • We all know that diet and lifestyle affect our overall health, but understanding the tweaks and adjustments that need to be made during the Perimenopause stage of life, is something that few people are talking about. Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Stress Reduction and Medication/Supplements, PLUS, Emotional Health and the interplay this has on your hormones and relationships, are all topics we’ll dive deep into together, so you can be confident about how to nourish your body into wellness during this season change

  • Absolutely! Perhaps because it’s so unique for every individual and the symptoms are gradual and come and go, so we often don’t recognise them for what they are, Perimenopause is just one of those things that us women don’t really talk about. BUT, I think it’s time we do and I’m here to listen and help.

  • Perimenopause is the time leading up to menopause when your estrogen and progesterone start to decline but, also dip and spike like a rollercoaster along the way…. I know, explains a lot, right?

    It usually starts in your mid 40’s but can come on as early as your late 30s, lasting anywhere from 5-10 + years. For some, the symptoms are manageable, but for others, not so much. There are a myriad of treatment options and lifestyle tweaks and hacks that can transform your Perimenopause experience. Knowing your options, feeling heard, and actually being empowered with the knowledge you need to choose how you want to do this dance makes the journey less scary and actually a little exciting.

The Certified IIN Health & Wellness Coach and Human Performance Coach that specialises in the stage of Peri/menopause, for women needing health advice and support through it all. 

As someone who went through hormonal struggles and entered the Perimenopause life stage a little earlier than expected, I have personal experience in taming the flares and have so much compassion for all women riding this wave.

I love to work 1:1 with women, to create bespoke plans suited to them and their unique lifestyle.

I also run regular retreats specifically designed for women to reset their hormones and learn how to thrive during perimenopause and menopause.

It is my mission to keep women feeling their best so they can continue thriving in their lives, including work. I host workplace workshops and webinars to educate women on how they can best support their health through their hormonal changes.
